Shipping within the EU

How long does shipping take?

The delivery time for orders within the EU is usually 7 to 10 working days. Please note that delays may occur during public holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances.

How much are the shipping costs?

We offer free standard shipping for all orders within the EU. If you want to receive your order faster, you can choose express shipping. Express shipping is subject to additional charges which will be displayed during the checkout process.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can track your order online at any time. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery on our website or directly on the website of the shipping service provider.

 

Orders and payment methods

Which payment methods are accepted?

We offer a variety of secure payment methods to make your purchase as convenient as possible:

  • PayPal : Pay quickly and easily with your PayPal account.
  • PayPal Express : Take advantage of PayPal Express for an even faster checkout process.
  • Credit Card : We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
  • Klarna invoice : Buy now and pay later with Klarna. Simply select "purchase on invoice" at checkout.

Is the payment secure?

Yes, the security of your data is our highest priority. Our checkout process is secured by SSL encryption to ensure that your personal and financial information is protected at all times.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, as soon as you place an order, we will immediately send you an order confirmation email. This email will contain all the details of your order, including the items, prices and delivery address. Once your order has been shipped, you will also receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, changes and cancelations are possible as long as your order has not yet been shipped. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible to make changes or cancel your order. Once your order has entered the shipping process, changes are unfortunately no longer possible.

Can I use discount codes?

Yes, you can redeem discount codes during the checkout process. Simply enter your code in the appropriate field in the shopping cart and the discount will be automatically deducted from your total. Please note that some discount codes may be subject to certain conditions.

 

Return and refund

How long do I have to return an order?

You have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving your order. During this period you can return the products without giving any reason. Please note that the costs for the return shipment must be borne by you.

How does the return work?

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service who will give you instructions on the return process. Once we have received and processed your return, it will take up to 14 working days for the refund to be completed.

How do I get my refund?

Once your return has been processed, we will refund the amount to the original payment method you used to place the order. Please note that depending on the payment service provider, it may take up to 14 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

What is the right of withdrawal?

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The revocation must be made in writing by e-mail or post. Please note that the right of withdrawal is excluded or expires prematurely in certain cases, e.g. in the case of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been removed after delivery.

What should I do if I received a defective product?

If you have received a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service immediately. We will help you to solve the problem as quickly as possible, either by replacing the product or refunding the purchase price.

How do I get my money back?

Once your return has been successfully processed, we will refund the purchase amount to the payment method used to place the order. Please note that it may take a few days for the amount to be credited to your account, depending on the payment service provider.
